Our catalog is updated weekly based on new arrivals from our suppliers. We make every effort to ensure that our suppliers’ stock is accurately reflected on our website.
However, product availability cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, when you place an order on Efashion, some items may no longer be in stock at our suppliers.
No worries! You’ll be notified by email if any items are unavailable, and you’ll have the option to either replace them with another item from the same supplier or request a refund.
Minimum purchase amounts are determined by each supplier. They can range from €0 to €250, but average around €80 excluding tax. There is a minimum purchase requirement for each supplier.

Many suppliers offer so-called "one size" items that don't have a specific size but can fit most body types. Some suppliers may offer T1, T2, T3, etc... which correspond to size ranges generally starting from T1=36/38, T2=38/40, T3=40/42 and so on.

When ordering from Efashion, you have transparency in choice and transport costs. Choose from Colissimo, GLS, DPD, UPS, Chronopost, DHL for all national and international shipments. We also offer GPX and OCX for shipments to French overseas territories. Our Customer Service can guide you to the transport solution that best meets your needs. You can access shipping rates and delivery times from your cart at any time after clicking on "Calculate shipping costs". Finally, please note that you can also use your own carrier for shipping your orders. In this case, you take responsibility for transporting your packages. Of course, our team will assist you if needed. You must therefore enter the carrier information in "my carriers" by filling in all fields correctly. Additionally, Efashion offers a free groupage service that allows you to collect your purchases from different suppliers at a single pickup point directly from our warehouse.
Groupage (€3 per package) allows you to consolidate your order's packages at a single pickup point. This option also helps reduce your transport costs. Have you ordered from 5 different suppliers? Our groupage service allows you to consolidate your 5 orders at a single pickup point at EFashion. This prevents our/your carriers from having to visit 5 different suppliers. Approximately 48 hours are needed to prepare orders, gather packages, and hand them over to the chosen carrier. Note that this option is also available if you decide to use your own carrier.
You have the option to collect packages in-store if you are a French customer. To do this, select the "direct pickup from supplier" option and communicate a pickup date to the wholesaler. If you are a foreign customer, you will need to complete a territory exit declaration with the supplier that will justify the customs clearance of products and their non-taxation.
Once the order is placed, suppliers have 48 hours to prepare the order and hand it over to the chosen carrier, or to our driver (if groupage). Once the packages are taken care of by the carrier, delivery in France usually takes 24-48 hours (for DPD and UPS), or 48-72 hours (for Colissimo). For shipments to European countries, allow between 48 and 72 hours. For shipments outside Europe, allow between 48 hours and one week for the most distant destinations.
Once your order is shipped, package tracking is visible from your personal space in the "My Orders" section. By pressing the "+" to the left of the tracking number, the dropdown menu will display the tracking number. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the carrier's website where you can track your packages in real-time. If you cannot find a tracking number while the order status is "shipped", please contact our customer service by phone at 0153279108 or write to us at: service@efashion-paris.com, via chat or social media. If the tracking number shows no information although the order is "shipped", your package has not yet been scanned by the carrier, you must then wait for the tracking to be updated.
In case of absence, carriers can reschedule a second delivery attempt on the next business day. Beyond that, a delivery notice will be left and you will need to follow the instructions provided to collect the package. After a certain period, if not collected, the package will be returned to the sender. If you then want reshipment, you will need to pay shipping costs again.
Unfortunately, there may be delivery delays for countless reasons beyond our control and despite our best efforts. We do everything possible to ensure your packages are delivered as quickly as possible, if possible ahead of schedule, but in case of delay, we cannot offer any commercial gesture since our responsibility is not directly involved. We always recommend placing your order as early as possible according to your needs.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and number of packages. They also depend on your location and the selected carrier. We therefore invite you to calculate shipping costs from your cart.
Regardless of the carrier, we have 30 days to report a claim and provide all elements. If you dispute having received an order, we first invite you to check with your neighbors or relatives who might have received your packages on your behalf or with your delivery person if you are familiar with them. If it turns out that you have not received anything or only part of your packages, notify us without delay by contacting us by email at service@efashion-paris.com. We will send you the dispute document to fill out for each package or tracking number and return to us as soon as possible. After the 30-day period, we will no longer be able to assist you in disputing delivery and cannot be held liable for the loss. No refund or compensation from Efashion Paris or the carrier can be requested.

You can pay for your purchases by bank transfer, credit card (American Express accepted) or via HERO. Now, you also have the option to pay by immediate transfer with Fintecture. Since 2021, Efashion also offers payment in 3 installments or deferred without additional costs depending on your eligibility only for French customers (including overseas territories). To ensure you can place orders securely, Efashion Paris works with PayGreen and its secure payment interface including the 3-D Secure authentication system. It ensures verification of the cardholder by authenticating the payment request. Generally, you receive this code by SMS. Finally, we guarantee that Efashion Paris never collects your banking details: they are encrypted by the Secure Socket Layer security system (SSL technology). Returns

If you change your mind upon receiving your order, you can make a claim by contacting our customer service by email at: service@efashion-paris.com within 7 calendar days after receipt. In this case, return shipping costs will be at your expense and you will receive a credit note from this supplier. Once the merchandise is received by the supplier, you will be refunded in the form of a credit note or promo code.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and invite you to contact our customer service by email at: service@efashion-paris.com, within 7 calendar days after receiving the order by detailing the subject of the complaint and attaching photos of the concerned items. Our team will then do everything possible to offer you a solution within 48 business hours.
If the fault lies with the supplier or Efashion, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email to proceed with the return via La Poste. You will then have no costs to advance. You will have 72 hours to ship the merchandise return.
You have a period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of your packages to submit your claim. Beyond this, claims cannot be processed.

Hero is a payment solution partner with whom we work, who offers you a unique online payment experience. This offer is based on two payment methods: 3x interest-free payment (the total order amount is divided into 3 installments paid once a month over 3 months. The first installment is debited upon order confirmation). Deferred payment for 30 days. This offer is subject to certain conditions, so a verification by Hero is necessary before confirming the payment. If your order is urgent, we recommend choosing credit card payment for immediate confirmation. Indeed, since Hero's verification takes a few hours, it may delay the shipment of your order. These payments are capped based on: Your order history with Efashion Paris Your payment history with Hero It can range from €0 (for a client with a risky history) to €5,000 (for a client with a good history both with Efashion Paris and Hero). A new client has an available credit of €500 by default.
When you choose to pay with Hero in 3 installments, you will be redirected to the secure Hero payment page where you will need to confirm your first payment with a credit card issued in France. You will also confirm the next two installments, which will be directly debited from your credit card. For deferred payment for 30 days, you will not be debited immediately, but an imprint of your credit card will be recorded by Hero. An email confirming the payment and an email confirming the order will be sent to you once the payment has been approved by the Hero team. IMPORTANT: If the information provided does not match (SIRET inactive, different bank details from billing data, etc...), your payment will be subject to a check by Hero. Why must I provide a SIRET/SIREN number or VAT? We only sell in bulk and to professional fashion buyers. Therefore, you must prove that you are a professional declared in the commercial register in order to be able to access and place orders on our site. Why do I have to pay 20% VAT? Even as a professional French retailer ordering from professional French suppliers, you must pay 20% VAT. Only buyers from other European Union countries are exempt from VAT as they benefit from the free trade agreement between European Union countries. When you resell your products, you also apply VAT on the selling price of your products. As a result, you recover an amount of VAT that will be adjusted for tax purposes when you declare your financial statements. For more information, please consult your accounting records.
Why must I provide a VAT number? If you are ordering from a French retailer in another European Union country, you must provide a VAT number when you register to be exempt from French VAT of 20%, thanks to the free trade agreement between EU countries. When the suppliers issue the invoice, they must include a valid VAT number to be able to exempt you from VAT. Can I still register and order without a VAT number? Yes, you can. However, you will have to pay 20% VAT on the displayed price without any guarantee that you will be able to recover it accounting. Yes, you can order from anywhere in the world. However, your choice of carrier will be more limited. We do not work with specialized carriers and can only offer you the national postal service and European shipping. You also have the option to use your own carrier, which you can register in the "my carriers" section. In the same way as a classic e-commerce site, you can make your selections with different suppliers to create a unique basket, choose your shipping method, and pay securely online once your order has been placed. Once your payment has been processed, our wholesalers have 48 hours to prepare your order and send it to the chosen carrier. WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER? Efashion has brought together over 600 suppliers on its platform, offering a wide range of products. The digitalization of our services allows our clients to centralize all their purchases, pay in one go, track their packages, and have a single point of contact. Our customer service is available to provide a quick response to their questions and accompany them throughout their customer journey.
Efashion is exclusively for fashion professionals. In order to access prices and models, you must create an account by providing your SIRET or SIREN number as well as a copy of your K-Bis to validate your registration immediately. If not, we will need to wait for our service to verify the validity of the information provided. Suppliers are not authorized to sell to individuals. They are subject to strict rules and must declare all invoices issued for accounting and tax purposes. The same applies to professional buyers who must also declare their VAT claim.
If you do not yet have a SIRET number, we give you the option to register on our platform as a "Temporary Buyer" by checking the box "My company is in the process of being created". We will then give you access to the catalogs of our suppliers for 7 days. You can view each product sheet, and have access to prices, but you will not be able to place an order. Beyond this period, you will still be able to log in to your customer account, but your access will be limited. You will only have access to your account and will not be able to view the catalog or even make any modifications. We then invite you to contact us by email to provide us with your SIRET number so we can update your data, and allow you to view our catalog and place an order.
Since our business is exclusively online, we do not have a showroom or stock. We invite you to visit Aubervilliers, where most of our suppliers are located, to become familiar with the different names and qualities of products offered.
The 20% VAT rate is set by the government, but don't worry! As a professional, you will recover it when you make your purchase declarations. Consult an accountant for more information.

As a marketplace, our mission is to provide a complete and daily service to you by accompanying you in your activity. We do not do dropshipping. All payments and purchases are cash on delivery, which means that orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. There is no credit available.
When you place an order, several statuses allow you to track its progress: Pending confirmation: The wholesaler has received your order and is checking the availability of items. Order confirmed: Your order is ready to be shipped. The wholesaler is waiting for the carrier to pick up the package. Ready for pickup (Groupage): The package is ready. One of our drivers will pick up the package from the wholesaler. Package picked up (Groupage): Our driver has picked up the package. It is now ready for the selected carrier. Shipped: The order has been shipped to the selected carrier.
In case of stock shortage, you can replace the affected items with other references of your choice. A replacement case is automatically checked when you finalize your order, which means you want to replace stock shortages. You can also already add a comment about this matter that the supplier can see. If you uncheck it, it means you don't want to replace. Whatever happens, you automatically receive an email notification about stock shortages, and you can reply to the email by specifying the new references you prefer. It is possible to replace with references of the same price, or lower price (if the price is lower, the difference will be refunded). It is not possible to replace with a higher price.
In case of stock shortage, Efashion commits to refund the merchandise by recalculating your shipping costs (if needed) to deduct this amount from your initial payment if it was made by credit card within the next 72 business days. If you paid by bank transfer, your IBAN will be requested to refund the amount due. If you paid by our partner's payment method Hero in 3 installments without fees, your final installment will be recalculated. If you chose to pay in 30 days, your installment will also be recalculated.
You can find your order invoices on your customer account, in "My orders". The shipping charges invoices are issued separately and are also found in "My orders".
Until the settlement of your order, products are not reserved. Even if added to your cart, their availability may vary. In case of stock shortage, they will automatically be removed.
